Open Dataset: Low-dimensional spatio-temporal dynamics underlie cortex-wide neural activity

Dataset includes widefield imaging of calcium data from the dorsal cortex of awake mice. Mice expressed GCaMP6f in pyramidal neurons in cortex. Widefield imaging was performed in awake, freely behaving mice. Mice were imaged alone (in the dark or with visual, auditory, and tactile stimulation) or socially interacting with a second mouse. Methods are detailed in the manuscript. Data is available via data dryad.
